It is with tremendous sadness that I inform you that Lies Stolk passed away Monday night in her sleep.  Lies was a friend and teacher to many of us, and offered support and encouragement to everyone she met.

I encourage you to share your reminisces of Lies here on the blog, and I will share them with her daughter Marian.
