Advent Calendars with free patterns

I know someone here told me about Jean Leader's annual advent calendar, and there have been 2 free patterns so far.

Someone just posted to reddit about a German one that was new to me. Today's snowflake is a nice simple one (the 8th is when I'm posting this).

The German one threw a security message but I got the PDF and it's fine.

    I tried the German link and got a page with buttons, not lace. And translate wasn't working for it so I couldn't figure out what to do.
    The Danish link worked, cute little heart pattern!

    Never mind about the German site's advent calendar, I figured it out! The only active square is the current date.
