As part of their Women's History Month celebrations, we have been invited to give a program at the East Hartford Public Library.
They have a "Makerspace" where we will give a presentation on the Ipswich lace industry, which will tie in nicely with Rev250. There will be on-going lace demonstrations and the opportunity for visitors to make lace on one of our try-it pillows. In addition, the library has a community member who has bobbins to display, which will also be featured in this event.
