    There is a lot of useful information here. It does seem to run through Facebook, but at the page that "questions your sanity", do select the follow the link button.

    My one comment on it is that she does discuss the problem of tensioning and holes when a worker becomes a passive. I suspect that she might be largely self-taught. An additional method that many of us have learned from Ulrike Voelcker is to use a support pin to prevent the problem.
